DreamSilk is honored to partner with a UK client to develop a custom mulberry silk robe collection tailored to the British luxury sleepwear market. We provide a complete one-stop OEM solution covering fabric weaving, pattern grading, sewing, finishing and branded packaging — built around the client’s brand positioning and end-customer expectations.

• Premium Material: 22 momme 6A grade pure mulberry silk charmeuse, the reference weight for the UK premium sleepwear tier, with naturally liquid drape, deep luster and skin-friendly hand-feel
• Tailored Silhouette: Long kimono-cut robe with shawl collar, wide piped sleeves, self-tie belt and discreet inner-belt loop, graded to the client’s full UK size run from XS to XL

• Custom Branding: Pantone-matched champagne ivory dye, hand-embroidered monogram on the chest pocket, woven main label and care label in the client’s brand identity
• Premium Packaging: Signature gift box with tissue wrap, silk ribbon closure and branded care card — ready for direct retail and bridal gifting use
• Certification: OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 documentation provided on both base fabric and finished product, supporting UK and EU retail compliance from day one

Behind the finished robe is a tightly controlled production chain inside our Suzhou facility:

• Fabric weaving: 22 momme charmeuse woven from Grade 6A reeled mulberry silk yarn, GSM tolerance held within ±3% of target across the full roll width
• Degumming and Pantone dyeing: in-house dyeing to the client’s exact Pantone reference, lab-tested for color fastness under ISO 105-C06 and ISO 105-X12
• Pattern and cutting: client base pattern verified through sample fitting, then bias-aware single-ply cutting with grain alignment marked on every panel
• Sewing: French seams on side and shoulder lines, 4 stitches per cm, handled by silk-experienced operators with charmeuse-specific tension settings on the machines
• Finishing and QC: hand-embroidered monogram, hand-pressed seams, full piece-by-piece inspection at AQL II 2.5 before packing
