Project Overview
SleepZen approached DreamSilk to develop a custom weighted silk eye mask for their premium sleep product line. The goal was a luxury sleep mask that combined the skin-friendly properties of silk with the gentle pressure of a weighted design for deeper relaxation.

- Fabric: 22mm 6A Grade mulberry silk, charmeuse satin weave
- Filling: Bamboo fiber weighted filling — breathable, naturally cool, and sweat-free for summer use
- Strap: Adjustable elastic band with silk-covered finish
- Branding: Custom embroidered logo on the front surface

Why Bamboo Fiber Filling
Unlike glass bead or plastic pellet fillings commonly used in weighted eye masks, bamboo fiber offers natural breathability and a cool-to-the-touch sensation. This makes the mask comfortable for extended wear without heat buildup — a key selling point for SleepZen's summer sleep collection.
