Samples & Prototyping
Do you offer free samples?
Yes. We offer free standard product samples (excluding clothing and bedding sets); you only cover the shipping cost. This lets you check our silk quality, stitching, and finishing before placing a bulk order.
Can you make a custom sample to my own design before bulk production?
Yes. We build custom samples and prototypes from your design, artwork, or reference so you can confirm structure, size, print, and feel before committing. You don't need finished drawings — even a simple sketch is enough to start. Custom samples are usually chargeable, and the cost can often be credited toward your bulk order.
What can I customize on a sample — printing, embroidery, packaging?
Almost everything. At the sampling stage you can confirm custom printing, embroidery, fabric and color, plus branding elements like packaging, silk pouches, hang tags, woven labels, care labels, and inserts. Sampling is where we lock in every detail so the bulk run matches your brand exactly.
How long does sampling take?
Stocked items can ship within 48 hours, while custom-made samples typically take 5 to 12 days depending on print, embroidery, and structure complexity. We confirm an exact timeline once your design details are finalized.
Do you provide free fabric swatches, lab dips, and print strike-offs?
Yes. We provide free fabric swatches across our 100% silk and silk-blend ranges, and for custom colors or prints we arrange lab dips and print strike-offs for your approval before bulk production — locking in color and print accuracy and reducing surprises.
Orders & Delivery
What is your MOQ?
The MOQ for custom silk products starts at 50 pieces per style. For custom fabrics, the minimum is around 50 meters for stocked colors and 100–200 meters for custom dyeing. If your order involves many colors or variations, we can adjust the MOQ flexibly based on your situation.
What is the lead time for samples and bulk orders?
Stocked inventory products are dispatched within 48 hours, custom samples within 5 to 12 days, and bulk orders within 15 to 28 days after sample approval. Timelines may vary slightly for complex printing, embroidery, or packaging.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer four main options: express courier (3–7 days), air freight (from 21 kg, 7–12 days), railway freight (from 25 kg, for Europe and Southeast Asia, 35–60 days), and sea freight (from 40 kg, 45–65 days). We'll recommend the best balance of cost and speed for your order size and destination.
Which countries do you export to?
We export to more than 50 countries and regularly supply brands, wholesalers, e-commerce sellers, and gift companies worldwide. We're experienced with the documentation, labeling, and packaging requirements of major markets across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Can you handle rush orders and repeat replenishment?
Yes. Rush production can be arranged for time-sensitive launches — share your deadline and we'll confirm what's possible. For ongoing partners, our stable capacity and reliable replenishment process make repeat orders and restocking straightforward.
Manufacturing & Quality
What grade of silk do you use?
We use 6A-grade 100% mulberry silk — the highest standard grade — for our core products and fabrics. For specific needs, we also offer silk blends such as silk-wool, silk-linen, silk-cotton, and silk-viscose to balance performance, drape, and cost.
Are your silk products certified?
Yes. Our materials and production meet OEKO-TEX standards, confirming they're free from harmful substances. Depending on the product line, we also support recognized third-party testing such as SGS and Intertek to meet brand and import requirements.
How do you ensure quality and consistency across batches?
Consistency comes from controlled processes: professional fabric pre-treatment, precision printing, tailored stitching, and batch consistency control at every key step. We sign off color and print through lab dips and strike-offs, then monitor each production batch so repeat orders stay true to your approved standard.
Do you have your own factory, and do you allow inspection?
Yes. We operate our own factory in Suzhou, one of China's core silk-producing regions, giving us direct control over fabric, production, and lead times. We welcome factory visits and support third-party inspections (such as SGS or your own QC agent), and we're happy to share production photos and pre-shipment reports.
What if my order arrives with a quality problem?
In the rare case of a confirmed manufacturing defect or transit damage, contact us with photos and your order details and we'll work out a fair solution — replacement, credit, or compensation. We stand behind our workmanship and resolve genuine quality issues quickly.
Pricing & Cooperation
How do you calculate the price of a custom order?
Pricing depends on three main factors: order quantity, customization requirements (printing, embroidery, packaging), and material or fabric selection. Share these details and we'll provide an accurate, itemized quotation tailored to your project.
Do you offer discounts for large or bulk orders?
Yes. We offer factory wholesale pricing, and unit costs decrease as your order quantity grows. For larger or recurring volumes, we can discuss the best possible rate to support your margins.
What payment methods and terms do you accept?
We typically work with bank transfer (T/T) — usually a deposit before production with the balance before shipment; other secure methods can be arranged for established partners. Exact terms are confirmed with your quotation.
Do you support OEM, ODM, and private-label cooperation?
Yes. We support both OEM (your design, our production) and ODM (we help develop the product), plus full private-label branding through custom packaging, labels, and tags. This makes us a one-stop partner for building or expanding your own silk line.
Can we set up a long-term wholesale partnership?
Absolutely. Many of our clients are long-term partners, and our stable capacity, mature customization, and reliable replenishment process are built for ongoing cooperation. As volumes grow, we offer better pricing, priority scheduling, and dedicated support.
